investiture, communion, seussical.

i recieved my badge last friday. i don't really know what it's for, but it must be really important since such a big fuss is made over it. and supposedly, teachers have spent sleepless nights planning for it, as one prominent clinical instructor screamed during the general rehearsal.
i have never, EVER posted a picture of myself in my uniform, but for blogging's sake, there i am (with my brand new badge) somewhere at the right (i would presume that you know how i look like so there is probably no need for me to point out which one i specifically am):
congratulations to tara-who-i-stole-this-picture-from, by the way, for being the 3rd overall in RLE, and to mind for being 2nd. out of 981. i think all the chances of me getting an award like that are dead since they compute all the grades, even those from first year, and it breaks my heart! hahaha well no it doesn't, really, but it almost does. in case you do not understand what i'm trying to say, i failed rle in first year because i was absent from school for a week - and of all the weeks i could've gone to hong kong, it had to be one with two rle reports. but anywayyy...
it was my little brother miko's first communion the day after the badge investiture. investiture. i like that word, it sounds complicated.
i didn't go out last night. it must be because there was a mass before our badge investiture, another mass during miko's communion, and i attended yet another one at casino español in the afternoon. my heaven points are accumulating. i haven't been out in the longest time for the simple reason that i do no want to go out. most people do not seem to understand that yes, it is actually possible for a person to not want to go out every chance he gets.
and today, i watched "seussical the musical" with mitz and her family. the sour kangaroo is my new idol - i approached her during the meet and greet and i got a kiss from the joey she was bringing in her hand. the guy who played horton the elephant was ai ai de las alas' husband in "ang cute ng ina mo"! the australian guy! roxanne barcelo was our cat in the hat. she did well, i guess, but i would have preferred nikki gil. or even karylle. but whatever.
