i spent two and a half hours in the gym at city sports with yan yan a while ago. 30 minutes on the treadmill, sit-ups, weights, 2 sets of 20 on probably every machine, and 10 (forgive me) minutes of cardio.
i'm FINALLY serious about losing weight this time! no more empty promises and telling myself that i'll start working out in the summer, and then sem break, and then christmas break, and on and on and on. really, i even threw up my dinner just 5 minutes. haha kidding.
watch out everyone.. i'm going to bring sexy back! hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.
